Revitalizing a Failing Dock with Expert Engineering

Our latest project at Scout Island Cove involved a full-scale dock rebuild, addressing structural failures while incorporating modern upgrades, premium decking, and a sleek standing seam metal roof.

Phase 1: Demolition & Structural Removal

The first step was to safely remove failing dock components — cutting and removing compromised wooden piles, broken structural decking, and demolishing the existing wooden roof structure while preserving the steel framework.

Phase 2: New Foundation & Structure

We installed new TMP helical pilings engineered for the site conditions, built a completely new dock structure with marine-grade framing, and added two custom fitted boat lift platforms.

Phase 3: Finishing Touches

The project was completed with premium composite decking, a standing seam metal roof, custom decked patio area, and integrated lighting throughout.
