    How It Works

    Our Stormwater Inspections Process

    01

    Initial Site Inspection

We conduct a comprehensive stormwater inspection, documenting all drainage patterns, potential pollution sources, and existing BMPs.

    02

    Compliance Report

You receive a detailed report outlining findings, compliance status, required corrective actions, and recommended improvements.

    03

    BMP Installation & Corrections

If deficiencies are found, our crews install or repair silt fences, inlet protection, retention features, and other required BMPs.

    04

    Ongoing Monitoring

We provide scheduled re-inspections and maintain all documentation required by TCEQ and local authorities.

    FAQ

    Common Questions

    Who needs stormwater inspections?

Any construction project disturbing 1+ acres of land requires a TPDES permit and regular stormwater inspections. Many municipalities require them for smaller projects too.

    How often are inspections required?

TPDES requires inspections at least every 14 days and within 24 hours of a rainfall event of 0.5 inches or more. We handle scheduling so you don't have to track weather events.

What happens if I'm not in compliance?

TCEQ can issue fines starting at $1,000 per day per violation. More importantly, non-compliance can halt your construction project. We help you avoid these costly delays.

    Do you handle the paperwork?

Yes. We prepare and maintain all required documentation including SWPPPs, inspection logs, corrective action reports, and NOT (Notice of Termination) filings.
