Elevating Outdoor Living at Manana
Our latest project at Manana focused on a complete pool remodel and waterfront upgrades, incorporating modernized pool features, premium decking, custom hammocks, and dock access enhancements.
Phase 1: Pool Renovation
The pool remodel involved demolishing existing planter walls, stripping pool coping and waterline tile, and reconstructing with luedar stone and color-changing LED lighting for an ambient pool experience.
Phase 2: Sea Wall & Lakefront Steps
We built a custom sea wall for shoreline protection and installed lakefront steps for convenient access between the property and the water.
Phase 3: Hydraulic Boatlifts & Protective Screens
Two custom fitted hydraulic boatlifts were installed along with two custom protective screens, completing the waterfront transformation.
