ATX Lakescapes is named as the LCRA permit applicant of record on every dock we build. That means we — not the homeowner — sign the permit application, respond to LCRA review comments, manage revisions, and carry the regulatory relationship. The team has prepared 400+ LCRA dock permits since 2014.
